Each tier lists its inclusions. Basic tiers include the Fast Track escort without luggage porter; selected higher tiers add luggage porter, a personal butler or premium departure lounge access. Transport, visas and government charges remain separate.

Failure to board or attend, change of date or cancellation within 48 hours of purchased service will result in full amount charge. A refund will normally be made to the same account and using the same method used for the original payment.
