Departure Fast Track tiers
Choose Fast Track after airline check-in at ฿2,600, or First Class at ฿3,900 (~$121) with a personal butler, porter service, exclusive passport-control lane and premium lounge access.
Booking, lead time and payment
Book through the online form with the flight number, date and time, passenger counts and a name for the greeting sign. Passenger photos, passport images and nationality are not requested. The team verifies staff availability before any booking is confirmed, including short-notice requests.
Online payment accepts cards from any bank: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and UnionPay. After paying the exact calculated total, select “I have paid” in the booking flow; the team verifies the payment manually and then emails your confirmation and the exact meeting instructions.
Changes, cancellations and no-shows follow the Fast Track service terms confirmed with the booking.

Is there a round-trip discount?
Yes. Choose any arrival tier and any departure tier in one booking and the calculator applies 10% off their combined price. Standard arrival plus standard departure is ฿4,770 (~$148) per passenger after discount.

No. The published rates include the listed airport service fees and 7% VAT, and no night, weekend, public-holiday or high-season surcharge is added. The total is recalculated securely before the invoice is issued, so the amount you pay matches the published per-passenger rates.
