How Phuket International Airport (the “Airport”) processes personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).
- Personal data collected through this website includes Fast Track booking details (name, contact details and flight information), payment references and basic security logs. The booking form does not request nationality, passenger photos or passport images.
- Data is processed to coordinate and verify the requested Fast Track service, protect the booking system, comply with legal obligations and respond to the passenger.
- Booking records and their audit history remain available to the manager.
- Data is shared only with staff and processors required to deliver the booked service, the payment provider, and authorities where legally required. It is not sold or used for advertising.
- You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing at any time.

How this website uses cookies and similar technologies.
- This website uses our free self-hosted Umami analytics service to understand page visits and named interactions such as booking, phone and messaging-link clicks. It is operated by us at analytics.airporthai.com and is not used for advertising.
- Umami is configured without analytics cookies, query-string collection, session replay, heatmaps or form recording. It processes the page path, referrer, browser and device information, and an IP-derived approximate location and anonymous session. Booking form contents are not sent to Umami.
- The tracker respects your browser’s Do Not Track setting. Analytics data remains in our own PostgreSQL database on our VPS and is retained only for aggregate service and website improvement.
- Essential security or authenticated-session cookies may be used only where required for protected administration functions.
- Third-party payment or messaging services apply their own privacy and cookie terms after you choose to open them.

Fast Track — Service Terms
Conditions applying to VIP Fast Track Phuket Airport (HKT) bookings and meet-and-assist services.
- The Fast Track service is provided directly by the airport with no intermediaries.
- A booking request becomes binding only after service availability is confirmed and the booking fee is paid in full.
- Prices are per passenger and include listed airport service fees and taxes: arrival tiers are THB 2,700 (~$84) and THB 3,500 (~$108); departure tiers are THB 2,600 (~$81) and THB 3,900 (~$121) for every passenger aged 2 or older.
- Choose one arrival tier and one departure tier in the same booking to receive 10% off their combined passenger price. The optional group add-on is THB 1,900 (~$59) for a private VAN taxi on each selected journey. For an airport pickup, the driver meets the passengers in arrivals with a name sign; the booking must include the required transfer address.
- Every passenger aged 2 or older pays the full published rate. Children under 2 travel free.
- Short-notice booking requests are accepted subject to staff availability.
- You are responsible for providing complete and accurate booking details, including the greeting-sign name, flight number, service date/time, contact details, passenger ages and luggage information.
- You remain responsible for valid passports, visas, TDAC QR code, travel approvals, customs declarations and compliance with all airport, airline, immigration, customs and security rules.
- For departure service, you must choose a service start time and arrive at the airport early enough to complete check-in, transfer, border control, customs and boarding procedures.
- The standard booked service period is two consecutive hours: arrivals from scheduled flight arrival time, departures from two hours before scheduled departure time, unless the confirmation states otherwise.
- If service extends beyond the booked period because of delays, visa processing, border control, customs queues, baggage delays, rerouting or other causes, additional fees may apply for each extra two-hour period or part thereof.
- Flight delays are monitored in real time. Confirmed arrival escorts adjust to the revised landing time where operationally possible; cancelled flights may be rebooked or refunded according to the confirmation and cancellation rules.
- You must meet the greeter at the confirmed meeting point and contact the greeter or support team immediately if delayed or unable to locate them.
- Cancellation outside of 7 days of purchased service will result in a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellation within 7 days of purchased service will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Failure to board or attend, change of date or cancellation within 48 hours of purchased service will result in full amount charge. A refund will normally be made to the same account and using the same method used for the original payment.
- Fast Track does not bypass mandatory passport control, passenger screening, customs clearance or immigration decisions. Airport, airline, border control, customs and security authorities operate independently from the service provider.
- The provider is not liable for events outside its control, including flight delays, cancellations, rerouting, natural disasters, airport closures, regulatory changes, border-control decisions or last-minute authority instructions.
- Complaints that may justify a refund must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days after service completion with supporting evidence.
- Personal data is used to coordinate the service, flight monitoring, meeting point communication and entry-form assistance. Sensitive travel data is handled only as needed for service delivery.
