Meet and greet at Phuket Airport

A dedicated airport escort waits for your flight, walks beside your group through the arrival or departure formalities and keeps the pace comfortable for everyone — from ฿2,500 per passenger.

At Phuket, meet & greet and VIP Fast Track are one bundled service: every booking includes both the personal greeter and priority handling where the airport has it open.

Short answer

A meet-and-greet booking at Phuket Airport is delivered as the VIP Fast Track service: a dedicated escort assigned to your flight meets your group at the confirmed point, guides the formalities and uses priority handling wherever the airport has it open.

Who meets you, and where

Your greeter

A dedicated airport escort assigned to your flight, who stays with your group throughout the booked service. The team monitors the flight and adjusts the meeting time for normal airline delays where operationally possible.

Arriving at HKT

Arriving guests are met at the information desk in the main arrivals hall, before the immigration counters — look for the Meet Here sign. The escort then guides immigration, baggage claim, customs and the exit.

Departing from HKT

Departing guests meet the escort at the curbside or terminal-entrance point of the international terminal confirmed with the booking, normally around two hours before departure. The exact instructions are emailed once the booking and service are confirmed.

Who the greeter helps most

Families with young children

The escort watches the group’s pace, keeps a regrouping point, helps with the stroller route and takes lifts instead of escalators where needed.

Elderly travellers

A slower pace with seated pauses whenever needed. If a wheelchair is required, arrange it with the airline in advance — the escort coordinates the meeting around that confirmed support.

First-time visitors

No guessing at signs, language or the order of formalities — the greeter explains each step and answers questions along the way.

Business travellers

A punctual escort and the correct route first time, keeping the airport portion of the trip as predictable as live operations allow.

Honest limits of the service

  • This is not an airline unaccompanied-minor service. Children must travel under the operating airline’s rules with a responsible adult in the same booking.
  • The greeter cannot take legal custody of a child, complete formalities on a passenger’s behalf, or change decisions made by immigration, customs or security officers.
  • Wheelchair and boarding assistance are airline services — arrange them with the airline before travel; the escort works alongside them, not instead of them.
  • Lounge and porter service are included only in the First Class tiers that list them. Airport transport remains separate unless your confirmation explicitly adds it.

Meet & greet vs Fast Track — what is the difference at HKT?

At Phuket Airport there is no difference to choose between: they are one bundled service. Every Fast Track booking includes the personal greeter, and every meet-and-greet request is delivered with the priority handling that Fast Track provides where lanes are open.

Choose from the published arrival and departure tiers. The ฿2,500 arrival tier covers the immigration escort without luggage porter; higher tiers add luggage porter, a personal butler or premium departure lounge access as described.

Meet and greet questions

Should I book meet and greet or Fast Track?

You do not have to choose. At Phuket Airport they are the same bundled service: one booking includes the personal greeter and the priority handling where the airport has it available.

How will I find my greeter?

Arriving guests head for the information desk in the main arrivals hall before immigration, beside the Meet Here sign; departure meeting details are confirmed with the booking. The exact instructions are emailed after confirmation — keep your booking reference and lead-passenger name ready, and message the team on WhatsApp if you cannot find each other.

Can children or elderly travellers use the service alone?

Children need a responsible adult in the same booking under airline rules — this is not an unaccompanied-minor service. Elderly travellers who can walk are very welcome; if a wheelchair is needed, arrange it with the airline and mention it in the booking notes.
